If your transmission fails they can say it is from the added power your truck puts out because of the bigger exhaust. Voiding your warranty. I am not saying you can't get a lawyer and beat them but if you modify any part of the truck that can effect the performance of any other part of the truck your warranty can be voided. Now if you replace the radio and the engine blows up your warranty will cover it. Example I added a steering stabilizer and if I have a problem with any part of my steering system I know that the dealer can claim it is because of the part I added and void that part of my warranty coverage. To cover your butt I would discuss this change with the Service Manager at the Dealership that handles your your service. Get his commitment up front that he will not void your warranty for the engine or drive train for adding the larger exhaust.

And I'd like to add, get it in writing.
