Hard cold starting, replaced melted intake relay. Second one in two years. Shop I was referred to, couldnt tell me why my electrical (lighting) was surging. New batteries a year ago, passenger side battery was dead. Replaced and still surges. Truck runs great, volt meter sits at about 15v. then drops to 13v and then after a few seconds surges to 16v. and then back to 15v. Doesnt matter whether parked or on the interstate driving. I just dont want to have to replace the relay again or another battery. I had the alternator tested and it passed. Anyone please help me stop this money pit. thanks Gabe
