Vortex Valve

HI,

Was cruzin thru the www and came onto this "Vortex Valve". Did a TDR search and found nothing. They claim more HP & better mileage guarantee'd! They claim it changes the air flow pattern and adds more HP & better mileage. Is it just a bunch of hot air? Has anyone tried it with any results?
