On a trip from Anchorage to Arizona last week while pulling my 5th. whl. it failed. Also had overheat problem pulling a long steep hill.

After a DC dealer check in Pendleton, Or. it flashed 0216 (pump) and 0217 (overheat). They took off my perfectly good 2 month old lift pump and installed the in-tank-model. Now my pressure is 10 psi instead of 15 psi. They also replaced the thermostat and heat sensor. 50 miles later it would not start and it heated up again on a hill. All of that for $856. 80.

At the DC dealer in Caldwell, Id. it only flashed 0217. Found a really dead bird between the rad's. Steamed it all out. They said the VP44 was ok. Still would not start without difficulty but overheating problem gone. $71. 00

Next stop at INDUSTRIAL INJECTORS in Salt Lake at 4PM on Fri. afternoon. By 7PM we had a new VP44 and we were hooked up to 5th. whl. and ready to go. $1396. 75.

The truck runs/starts like a new one.

I would like to thank publically the staff at Ind. Inj. for staying over on a fri. night to get me going and at an extremely good price. Brady Williams, the owner, is a 1st class business man and treated me well. He also took me for a run in his 575hp CTD. What a ride. It was scarey fast. His son's CTD has another 100hp.

If you need an injection pump give these guys a shot at it. :)

I would also give a thanks to JR2 (my son) in Alaska and MuddyMess in Caldwell for the help in getting my problem resolved.

Glad all worked out in the end, Brett and Shane from Industrial Injection are great guys to deal with, I am not surprised about you getting top notch service there.

Sounds like normal business for those guys. I've been using there stuff for a year now with great results, just wish I could make it there in person... ... . sounds like a road trip.
