How does the electrical connector come off the top of the VP? Is there a clip or does it just pull off? Thanks.

I have taken mine off three times but in house now! I think is self explanatory, it just clips on if I remember. I like the key way to be at 1:00 as pump sits on an angle. I also super glue the key way in when re-installing, used that trick after once dropping key way into gear housing

You have to slide the lock down,then it will start pulling away from the pump

Bob 4x4 Mine looks like a electrical connector that has a tit on the end that top fits in & two screws that hold the wiring harnes in at the bottom.

If you pull the piece with the loops formed,you will understand how it works
