When you are bleeding the air from the injector lines, how much fuel pressure (spray) should you see when you are just cranking? Before it actually starts running.

Usually when you start seeing fuel with no air bubbles, it will start. I have found that you can get the air out quicker if you bleed at the banjo fitting on the vp44 first then crack the injector lines, it is the larger fitting toward the front of the pump. bg

If all you have done is crack them open (3/4 turn) more like seepage with a few bubbles. If you are not getting anything, try wiggling the injector line a little with the nut loose. I presume you are doing this with the LP only, not trying to start it.

If you do crank the engine over, or have someone do it for you, wear glasses and keep your hands away from the nuts. Serious risk of injection into your skin.

No this on my "project" I am cranking but get very little pressure, some volume but I can hold a finger over the line. I have p1689 no communication between fuel pump module and ecm & p1693. So I "think" the VP is bad. Actually I think the pump module is bad and the mechanical part is fine.
