OK, I need to know what I need to do here to cure the VP-44 issues that our trucks have.

I know the lift pump is the weakest link and a pretty stupid design, is there anything wrong with the VP or does it have any problems that aren't caused by the LP?

My warranty is going to be up in about 15,000mi. and once it is, I don't want to buy any VP's.

I'm planning on making some more power also, so I need to know what the BEST way to cure the VP problem is.

Thanks in advance,

-R. J.

get a FASS or RASP fuel system. as long as you watch your fuel pressure and keeps a healthy supply of fuel to the VP-44, it should last a good while.
