Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) vp question

I think my vp44 is on its last leg. Want to put a good replacement one back on. What is the best one out there? I've seen so many advertised which one is the best?

If I were going to have to buy one... god forbid... i would seriously look at Industrial Injection and would be summarily tempted by their Hot Rod VP44 which seems to bring smiles to members' faces.

Yeah, II or Blue Chip are both supposed to be great. I think schied makes a good pump too but I don't have personal experience with that. Like mentioned above, the II hotrod pump is pretty sweet. If you're replacing your pump anyways, that should be a consideration for you. If you're into the added power thing.

I have 12,000 miles with my II HRVP44 and I couldnt be happier.

I have an II "Stock" Replacement, and when it developed a leak at the plate below the "Return" fitting, Brent sent my Shop a new O-ring, and when that did not fix the VP44, he sent us a replacement, No questions asked. Cool Moose00
