Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) VP44 part #

My dad has an '02 HO that we believe is in the process of killing its VP44. Dad Needs to know what the part number that is physically on the pump. He is trying to get a new pump from Hy-Capacity (Agricultural diesel and drivetrain place) He can't find the number that is on his to see if they can get him one. thanks anyone that can help.

There should be a tag on it somewhere. I will have to look at mine when it warms up to see.

yes there should be BUT it is gone on his

Call your local Dodge dealer and ask them for the Bosch part #, as well as there part # for the VP-44. Might work.

If it's a H. O. 6 spd, it's Bosch part number 0 470 506 028

If it's a auto or 5 spd trans it'll be 0 470 506 027



reman numbers will be IPVR17X is the H. O. pump or IPVR15X for the non H. O.
