Here is a question for the Pump Guru's

I know that in other applications of the VP44 the number and size of the plungers are different depending on the number of cylinders in the engine and the displacement of the engine.

My question here is.

Are there larger plungers available for the VP44 than the ones in the ISB application?

I noticed that John Deere is putting the VP44 in a 6. 8L engine... . would this application possibly have larger plungers on the VP44?

Besides John Deere I know the new line of Agco tractors will be exclusively Cummins powered, I wonder if they will use a VP44 pump or go the mechanical pump route?

Will the 2003 common rail engine use the VP44?

Pump Plungers

I have an 01 ETH. I was wondering if I could change to the larger plungers and if it would be beneficial in any way?
