I've got a 1999 Turbo Diesel 2500, 4x4, Quad Cab, Long Bed, Automatic with 226,000 miles. I recently had to replace my transfer pump and my VP44. I just got a Westach fuel pressure gauge and I'm getting ready to install it. I was also considering purchasing the Vulcan Transfer Pump Relocation Kit. Does anyone have that installed on their truck and what kind of feedback could you give me? Thanks for any and all help!

Did you do a thread search? There are alot of posts on here about the vulcan kits. I have it, and with a good lift pump relocated, you should see 13. 5 psi @ idle and 12. 5 underload. However I have installed the campaigne pump on a rig and noticed that pressures were a little lower. That has nothing to do with the vulcan kit, Just that the pumps are junk. Ive had the vulcan kit on now for 16 months or so I have had the same pump on for a year and my numbers are what I posted above.

I have the same truck as you, along with the Westach fuel pressure guage and I also relocated the lift pump with the Geno's Vulcan relocation pump kit. My truck only has 63,000 miles but I changed the lift pump at 60,000 miles as it had dropped down to 7psi under WOT. With the new pump, not the campaigne pump but one that I purchased as a back up 5 years ago from Cummins. The original pump is now my spare pump. The pressure now at WOT is 13 psi and at idle 16 psi.

The Vulcan relocation kit is a nice one very easy to install and makes changing the lift pump a snap.
