VW diesel question

Bug

I can speak only for the Bug, it is a smaller car, I have gotten 63 MPG as a high (this is doing the speed limit, with a mild tail wind). I think the Jetta is a little more spacious than the bug, but the bug is fine for two people, a little crowded with four big folks...

the bugs and Jetta were the same frame, foot print... when we were looking.

I have not really looked at the Jetta for awhile, I thought they were a little more roomy though.
