VW Jetta TDI HELP!

Jetta took a dump over the weekend. EGR has to be replaced.Cam is worn and needs to be replaced and possible turbo work. $3150.00. Car is valued at $1500-$2300
My first thought is trade it in as is. But then I have a car payment......
What would you do in a case like this.

You've made the Choices, Either fix it or trade it ?

Not much Gray Area in those ONLY choices

We are repairing it and for lesser of a price.
Maybe we will get lucky and get another 180,000 miles out of it.

I would check out Malone tunes going forward. They do EGR deletes which are the root cause of the majority of intake and turbo related issues and your engine will thank you for it.
