the reason for a WD hitch is to put weight on the front wheels. . now if you have the bags filled for taking the weight of the trailer, you still don't have much added weight on the fronts. . some, but not a lot.
Also you need an antisway hooked. . what I would do is have the bags set for the eight of the rear plus say 20#... then set up your hitch so you get good tension. . THEN, go to a scale and see how the axles weigh. you need more on drives than steer like say 5200 drive and 4400 steer. keep it balanced.
