My wait to start light came on a couple of weeks ago and it is not turning off. This has happened before but it went out after a couple of days. I live in a pretty cold region and I'm pretty sure that the grid heater was working since I could watch the amp meter rise and fall on start up. The wait to start light does stay on a long time in the winter (30sec minimum on the average day which is about 10F without windchill). I'm not showing any codes on the computer and I have just replaced the IAT sensor and I've also unplugged the batteries for about 30min just in case it was a fluke with the computer. I just wanted to know what the proper path is for diagnosing this. I've done a fair amount of searching on here and haven't found anything that is close to what I have going on. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.
