I really want a 4500 but I hate buying a first year anything, so put me down for a 2008 4500 mega cab. I'll probably buy a 2006 Chevy 4500 in the mean time. I hate the size and would much prefer the F450 size but I wouldn't give a can of spit for a powrstroke engine.

I'm going to run my 97 til she drops, then shop for a used 04, or possibly 06, if the 07s are funky with the new emissons standards.



But then again I've heard the 10s will have an 8. 3 and 1000 ft. /lbs stock. :-laf

What did you read and where did you read it. I didn't think the info had been released yet, just speculation.

Everything i have heard speculated has been either on this site or DTR. Some of the posts seem very specific and authoritative about the 6. 7 and the Aisen Trans. That is what i based my question on
