Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Want idle or rev over 1200 rpm

I have a 97 12 valve , one afternoon after running good i cut off and tried to crank it it cranked fine but would not idle or rev over 1200 rpm's would just stumble. I let it set a couple hours and it run fine , the next day it done the same thing except this time did not change . Put new lift pump and filter no change? PLEASE HELP

their is a screen inside the fuel filter housing. It may be starting to clogged.

What is the fuel pressure?
