want new turbo but want to keep exhaust brake

I have a 05 with an pac brake PRXB ehaust brake. I was looking at a super B but would have to loose the brake. anyone upgraded thier turbo and kept the brake? what turbo did you get or do you suggest. thanks

i remember reading that with the b1-04 turbos, you can have an elbow mount exhaust brake??? not 100% sure though...

I'm using the Luk ceramic. I haven't been able to slip it yet.
