PSD starting problems

Any Florida members with a white dually???

Long time TDR reader here. I've read this here before but I'm going to say it anyway - this Forum has influenced me so much that I just had to go out and get me one. After a lot of reading I decided to get me a 12v model. I looked at A LOT of trucks before I found the right one (about a year of looking!) but the wait was worth it. I've started to fix it up based on the things I've read here and I'm telling you guys I'm in love ! Thanks to all here at TDR !!!!!
P. S. once I figure this forum out I'll be posting more.

'96 12valve 4x4, White SLT Long Bed. Kenwood CD player w/100 watt custom made subwoofer built under back seat. DTT TC & VB (WOW !!) TST #8 (230/605). Moster tip from GENO'S, ISSPRO Guages on the "A" pillar. "TNT" sprayed in bedliner-and sprayed along lower rocker panel and in the front door threshold. Off to a good start!! MORE TO COME !!

Glad to see we have another "12 Valve
Truck" owner. It seems as though we
are a "dying breed. " In our local TDR
club I am about the only 12 valve at
the meetings. And I intend to keep
mine for a long time.

95 Dodge 2500 Luverne grill guard,headache rack,running boards and Amzoiled. Boat,fifthwheel,motorcycles,and shop. 72000 as of 3/1/01,not even broke in yet. Old Dodge 126000 miles and running better than new.
 
Welcome to TDR. I joined after i bought my rig and was looking for any info ,tips,(defects/repairs ) dealer didnt know about/or didnt want to reveal--- BUT---
when you rack up the miles to be out of warrenty,(responsabilty for defects) in less than 60 days,) And TDR also didn't have the knowlage/or the back bone to reveal the deficiency's of the rig... Darn i didn't say that... HOW ever i can't be remove'd I pay my due's!!!
There bug's depending on the configuration of your pride/ride-- and to get past the neg $$ hipe takes common sence/(experance).
I do know that the designers have the best intentions in there plans/designs. But may not have all the facts of real life results
and some are not about to alert others to them. What/who are they alined with???

Do I care?? I bought a product and if there is a failure and i Know how to by pass the hurt$$$$$ I will pass it on to others. No cost/$$. do you have a auto-m rush out and buy a aftermarket cooler. . be your rig a chev-frd-Dc. they have to keep production cost down and the auto won't fail in 30k.
Stick ---5th will fail some time after 30k you don't need an extended splined shaft(neg to the wallet 400+ (parts only)--)this was knowen in late 94--input bearing will fail-- pre failure warning is there but unless you know(experance) you wont know the tell sign.
Linkage breaking in two(auto)have you seen this post latley?? Seen a write up in TDR???
A year and a half ago my brother-in law can attest to this(and others).
won't go into the 24 v or the Ford troubles
AND best yet to be heard the troubles of the I/chevy proplems.
Did i metion the 6sp-in f/d-c
Some one needs to keep the e-con-a-me moving!!
New members are in better position than older ones Shall we say been there done that!! But i and D/C am my own warrenty station. .
