One of the fellow TDR members in the RMTDR has a good buddy that works at a local dodge dealer and I'll tell you what... . That boy knows what a good reflash is.



He reflashed my ECM and my PCM and boy does the truck run strong!!! He said that the reflash was 18-xx-96. Which is funny cause I was always told that the last 2 digits indicats the year. But Whatever this reflash is... holy macro.



He said that it is a towing reflash but it's worth it.

Tell when to come down and I'll do it. My truck is going into Lithia Foothills Dodge up here on Thurs. for a leaky transmission (leaks from back of the 5-spd where it adjoins the T-case. I figure it is a bad output shaft seal. ) Hopefully I'll get the truck back before the weekend. Does your friend work on Sat?



I just went out and ran my truck, hit 100, but 103 was max with full boost, and 950 EGTs. EZ was still on #2.

AZ. glad to hear it went 100,did you get a chance to glance at the tach?,and notice the RPM's?,at 103,and how much boost is full boost?.

tach was @ 3000, boost 29 psi.

Yes that was my turbo that blew up at the dragstrip. It was a KwikSpool HX40..... man I loved that thing... its a shame. Jus tthe turbo whine at idle scared people No the truck wouldn't run because it had no oil pressure, lost about 5 qts of oil (into the exhaust). I trailered it home because I had left my "spare" turbo at home.



The videos, I am still working on. I gotta build my PC still... ... (its in pieces).

I've just gotta build my new PC and load up the good software and compress and edit them... ... they are all on CD, but most are 8 megs or so.

I made a killer video of my buddy with his '95 straight piped auto doing a burnout in his garage. He was getting new tires the next day so he just melted the old ones into two piles of rubber. By the end of the vid all you can see is his brake lights through the smoke. Problem is the video is on VHS and I need to find someone to make it digital.

That's alright they gave me the WARNING E-mail also when I called Push Rod out of some products he was pushing that were..... lets say a little untrue... ... guess If your a paying person(or a moderator's friend) you can get by with most anything, I some how doubt I'd loose anything leaving that place!
