Wanted: B&W Turnball experiences

I am considering a B&W turnball hitch with the companion 5th wheel but i'm having reservations about how it would work with the 5th wheel adapter in my quad cab short bed. Anyone with turnball experience in a swb ? Any thought appreciated.

I use this setup in a 2001. 5 short box without any problems - real simple install. My only complaint is that being a short box, I can't back into a complete 90 degree with my 5th wheel.
