My truck is there now. They are replacing the used txfr case that Jones Junction installed.

Glad you found a dealer to fix it right. Keep your fingers crossed. When you know it will do everything you ask, I would flood the net and tell everybody my experience with the bad dealer and FCA's responses as well. I would be hard pressed to go away from Cummins (we all agree that we bought a Cummins and received the ram for free.....correct?). Hope all works out well. Keep us posted.
