Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Warm-up w/ e-brake and hi-idle

I just installed my high idler (Thanks Harold Bowers) and this morning (25 deg-we are having a heat wave) I turned them both on.



Wow this combination cut my warm up time by at least 1/2 if not 2/3rds.



Is anyone one else using this method? Are there things I should watch out for?

I have been using this method for a year and a half and no problems. I set the idle at 1200 rpm. Your right, it really speeds things up.
