Any idea of why the brake (emergency) and abs warning light would stay on . any help would be appreciated. I have a 2003 ho drw 4dr lb

Is it 4x4? If so ive heard of a few that this happened to when front wheelbearings were on the way out!

My 99 did it when the rear ABS sensor kicked the bucket.

Can you get the codes on the 2003 without a scanner? ie the key method. Hopefully someone will chime in.

One word of caution as long as the ABS light is illuminated your ABS is disabled.
