Take some pictures of their parking lot. Make sure you catch all the rubber marks from diff angels. Then fax or email them to their main office. Call and ask them what they plan to do about this situation. Control you anger and write a very calm letter to them. I cant stress this part enough. You will get no where if you come hard charging at them. If you still have not gotten satisfaction head to your local tv station or newspaper. Let the head office know that you plan on taking this story to the tv affiliates if they are not feeling your pain. As a small business owner I dread situations like this with employees, I would have offered you anything and everything in my store to make that situation right.
