Warranty experience with FASS

Just wanted you guys to know, my problems have been narrowed down to a bad pump. It is brand new and obviously under warranty. Thank God I sent the card in Dan at Diesel Performance Products was nothing but professional and helpful, I probably called him 10 times trying to figure this out. He never acted like he got irritated with me. He is also going to send me a new pump and try and get me rollin soon. Been down since Saturday (missin my baby right now) With so much negative I thought Id throw out a possitive. Even brand new parts fail and its nice they stand behind them and give good cutomer service. I will be a repeat customer and recomend to friends, so in the end FASS wins by helping me

Did you remove the old factory Punp?

Did you remove the old factory Punp?

No Im running the line directly from FASS to CP3 so the factory pump isnt part of the equation any more. Just unplug it and drain the filter canister.
