Warranty Question??? Need Opinions

I need my front ball joints replaced. Has anybody had issues with dealership voiding warranty due to a leveling kit? I have the 100k extended warranty. Ball joints should be covered...

It will depend on the dealer, some are more mod-friendly/tolerant than others... I have read about voided warranties on suspension parts because of leveling kits, while I have seen other dealers install full suspension lift kits and offer the full Dodge warranty.

It would be best to stop by and ask, before they get your information and put it into their database.

By installing a lift kit, you have altered the design characteristics of your truck. I can understand why the dealer void your warranty. Remove the lift kit until the warranty is over.

I told the service writer ahead of time no lift just 2 in level kit and do an oil and filter while you got it. No problem. I did put the stock tires back on so no complaints about 315 mt. One balljoint was bad and they did all 4 new? They want business.
