I was traveling at hiway speed when I developed a slight miss,

this went on for about 10 minutes I shifted to nuetral and the engine die I tryed to start it and it did not start. I rolled to a stop

tryed to start it again it started with no miss. Let idle for a few minutes, drove 60 miles with no problems. Any Ideals?

Throttle response seemed normal, Tach was droping 10 or 15 rpms or so when it was missing. There did not seem to be a loss of power.

Thanks for the reply

Sure does Bill! I have so many things to investigate not sure where to start next. I spoke with Al at Piers when called on the overflow valve. He said maybe a flaky shut-off solenoid that's gets weak when it gets warn shutting down partially, and that maybe why I saw the fuel pressure increase when it threw its fit. I'll wire it up next chance I get and see if it makes a difference. Still have the over-flow valve on the list and someone has mentioned possibly a sticky injector allowing compression to blow back into the pump.

Bill, I read a note where you had found a pickup line in the tank with a pin hole. Was this the culprit for the half tank or below miss/stall?

Brent, it was a problem on my 3500, the 2500 has the mystery problem. The pin hole sucked air and caused a loss of prime and couldn't be bled until the tank level was up, injection pump would airlock and it wouldn't start for anything whereas with the mystery problem the engine will start up and run fine after sitting for short while.
