Someone must have put plain water in the reservoir?? Do you have access to a warm garage to let it thaw out? You might be able to thaw the lines with a hair dryer, just don't melt them. If you can get a flow and get some of the new stuff into the lines you should be good to go. bg

I did all that i drained the bottle yesterday and put prestone -34f fluid up to the top of the bottle, the line is not frozen until it gets up to the cowl , then nothing weird I was wondering if I am having a back drain problem or what !!! and ofcourse the local dealer is booked today adn tommorw and I am expecting 20 plus inches of snow tonigt!! thanx for the advice!!!! I also was thinking the air inlet for the heat is around the jets hmmm! I wonder if the air being sucked in is frezzing my jets!!! just a thought

The air moving across the jets/lines won't make them any colder than the actual air temperature. Sounds like the line/jets are still frozen or plugged above where you disconnected. Hair dryer???? bg

I thought I had the same problem on the old truck but it was a partially kinked line that would not allow the fuild to flow at full pressure so the orifice where the spray comes out would freeze. Then I would not have enough pressure to break the little bit of ice out of the way.

Worth looking at for a quick fix. I have been down into the minus 20's with 0 degree fuild and never had it freeze. So there is some sort of problem, run a lot of that -34 degree stuff through the spray system to ensure the line is totally flushed.

BTW can we have some snow here? The rain is melting it all away.

washer jets not working

Years ago had this happenn to me took it to a car wash and washed it till they did work and ran lots of -40 washer fluid through it untill I saw good color coming out. Has never happened again but being up here start in September not a Vancouver Islander any more. :{

Thanx Guys I flushed the whole system and still if the truck sits after running the work once I start driving they freeze. Well its of to the dealer in a week I check the line no kinks up to the cowl I cant get the cowl off just yet to codl and well, I have 15 lifts at my shop and well the truck will not fit inside anymore with the plows lights on , and it to much works to try and pull them down . . at least now I will let you know what happens thanx againg!! :)
