Air filter problems?

F.A.S.S Died!!!

When i see 85 psi at the intake my 4c is making about 30-32psi at the cold pipe, and 105-120deg. intake temp with no nitrous. I only run a B1 for the little turbo. What should i do to make things better?

the 4c is working a "little" harder than the B-1, but other than that, it looks good. If EGT is useable when using 500 HP, I see no reason to mess with it. What is your pressure drop across the intercooler?

You will learn alot staying at a holiday in. By the way the wife says hello. I am glad the little trick works. Wait until you get twins it really wakes them up. It makes for a really nice dyno gragh (linear).

I don't know if I have ever had anything intelligent to add, but I sure take offense to some of the lack of intelligence or better yet, commom sense.



So, I continue to learn and offer my trips to the river. And no, I'm not wading in the mud shoving my hands into a catfish's mouth. Around here, we are all about technique, skill, hard work and perseverance.



I guess in the end that about sums me up. I could put my hand down your throat to get my point across, but after a ton of research and time, I find it's far easier to use a 12lb sledge to drive my point home. :-laf



BTW, I'm trying out a new compound setup. I'm running one charger at 80 psi and the other at 2psi. Spools twice as fast as stock, cools 1000hp to 1100 degrees max, and only requires the injectors to only fire once every other cycle. Wait 'till I hook up the other 3 and upsize all my piping from the 1-3/4" to 2"!!! Should be good for another 250HP!!
