I just turned over 144k on my 600. I was overlooking everything and I had exhaust in several areas on the exhaust manifold. It has cracks all over the place. I reordered the stock piece and will have it installed next week.

Just an FYI.

Just come get mine. I installed the ATS manifold and my factory manifold (predrilled for your egt probe) is sitting on my workbench feeling all neglected.

My 04 has 100K on the clock... . it pulls a 18-20K lb trailer 80% of the time and we use the pacbrake... . the last time the pads were looked at was at 95K and they were about 30% left..... and its due for another inspection at 110K and somewhere along there we're just going to put on a fresh set of pads and flush the master cyl again. .

Why replace the stock manifold? Why not get an ATS manifold and never worry about it again? I still have my stock exhaust manifold with around 5K miles on it. Anyone want to make me an offer?

Moment of weakness I suppose. I think it's 200 installed.

On my brakes I had them replaced around 120k. The front brakes were ok, but the rear were shot. My 5" exhaust hit my brake line and crushed it. I had to replace the caliper on that side.

Getting ready to put on a 3rd set of tires! So far I have 75k on my Michelins and they haven't hit the wear bar yet.
