saw a friend do a tab job last knight. i paid $150 to have mine done. after watching this one more closely than i watched mine being done, i think this is a very easy job. fan comes right out and the cover off and then just tab it. easy. probably didn't take over 2 hrs beginning to end. anyone that owns a ctd that needs and hasn't been tabbed is rollin the dice... ...
the cummins guru that did mine said that he has seen them fall out at 7k mi and 500k mi.
