Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I had a similar problem with a new trailer (and water heater). Mine was not made by Atwood, but I found that the igniter also acted as the sensor, not something very obvious. After consulting with the factory, they said sensor failures were rare and only occurred if the ceramic insulator was cracked or broken. In my case they replaced the black box and that fixed it.
