Hi all! I dont know where l got the fuel from that had the water in it but I sure do know where it ended up!!!! Im not sure how much got into my truck tank but it is enough!! Where I live its is about 100 miles to anywhere so l carry a aux tank in the truck. My fuel light chimed sayin l was gettin low so l stopped and pump some fuel in. I know there was not water in my tank before because l filled for the first time 2 days ago and i just built it but at 2 different places so not for sure which one was the cause. I never had problems with them before but things happen. I went on down the road about 5 miles and all of a sudden l lost fuel pressure and the water in the fuel light came on. l pulled off into a field and popped the drain and water came out. I bumped the starter to cycle the pump a few times and was gettin water with the fuel out. Finally cleared up some . Closed the drain, went down the road and no fuel pressure and the light came on. I drained it , got my pressure back and went on my way. Then the pressure started back down again to 0. Did a drain again, still some water and drove on home with no fuel pressure. The truck ran just fine but l just babied it home. I let it sit for a couple of hours and drain more water off but not near as bad but my fuel pressure is only 4 lbs at idle 0 at any throttle. l will replace my filter in the mornin. Never had this happen before. Will l need to drop the tank or just work it out? I dont want to ruin the VP. Can anyone get me a lp for the 70 bucks or so. I cant find them here for no where near that price!!! 200 to 300 bucks here!! :( Sorry this is so long . Thanks for any help

Change the filter. Try a Diesel fuel additive to remove water before dropping the tank. I had the problem in my 94 and went through two filters before it stopped. I don't have a fuel pressure gauge, so can't address that issue.
