Noticed a drop of water hanging on driver side sun visor where it snaps into. I thought I was seeing things till I took off and it dripped one drop. Took it to dealer and they said 3 of the cab light lens are cracked said they must of overtightened them. They had to order them said they would be in Saturday. Took it there Friday 3-16. Did not take it back Saturday but will tomorrow-Monday. Must of just started cause the headliner was not wet anywhere. First one they have had.

Pressure washers also have sufficient pressure to force water under the seals of the lamps. In the spring, I will be removing each light and sealing the area where the wire enters the roof just as a bit of added insurance.

I had a leak in the passenger side grab handle back when it was new. I did not do a thing, just checked for cracks and to ensure the lights were tight (all were good). Not one drop since, and I live on the wet side of Washington.

I think the pressure wash thing is a real possibility.

Heck, all 5 of mine were leaking right after I took delivery, Nov. 02, dealer replaced all 5 and have not noticed any more leakage!!

Also be sure to check around the screw heads. When I investigated a leak on my '99, I found a plastic washer that had been crushed due to overtightening.

Found a scrap piece of teflon and made a new one ;)
