I have a leak inside the cab somewhere. I know there has been many threads on it but i covered everything talked about.

I ripped everything out today.

Checked the rear window and it is fine, nothing coming in. T

The third brake light was dripping a little but took care of it.

The door with speaker baffle is in correct.

Guys is there anything else i should be looking for. The floor was soaked and the channel o

under the carpet was full of water. Could it be coming from front window at all?

The Passenger side is dry as a bone, only the driver side has the problem.

sorry to hear about the leak My 96 had a nasty leak and after a week of chasing it with the carpets out I had my son run the garden hose all over the truck while i was inside and found the drip up under the drivers front cowl area kind of behind the emergency brake. Water runs down from the roof and along the rubber door moulding and splashes on the hinge and was folowing the hinge bolts i think there were some holes under the hinge that wernt sealed then the water followed a wire harness to a big hole at the e brake and then into cab. Got the upper hinge area degreased and siliconed all bolts and all around hinge to fix it. What a mistake not having built in rain gutters like the real trucks used to have. Now water just flushes thru the hinge area Hope this helps. Dont forget to pull out the carpets and dry em real good

I did the same thing, after I completely gutted the interior to dry it out, I ran a garden hose over the entire cab. Mine was above the rear window at the seam on the corner of the cab. There is a black plastic piece of molding there that water was getting through and running down the back wall of the cab and soaking the carpet. I used some clear silicone and it hasn't leaked since, that was over a year ago. I takes a day or two to dry everything out, the carpet pad is very thick, but make sure you do or you'll be sorry.
