Water leak, rear seat

Water is leaking and collecting under the rear drivers side seat. I have read, in this forum, that water will leak through the third brake light. If you have had this problem, please advise how best to fix it. I have searched the forum and got

many pages of answers, but can't find any concerning a

rear window or third brake light leak!! Frustrating.

i had that same problem in my truck. dealer put in new light. also changed out door seals but they werent leaking. been fine since then.
