Water leak

I have a Lance TC that has a line leaking after the hot water tank. The stove is mounted next to to the water heater.
What is the best (easiest) way to go after the leak? Do I remove the stove inside to see down next to the tank? Or do I remove the surround around the tank from the outside to possibly see in?
And how would I go about doing either one of these options?

Not knowing the exact specifics about your particular model Lance, I can't answer which is the easiest way to get to it. Generally a hot water leak happens right at the tank, all of the heating and cooling over repeated use will cause the fittings to loosen up. Are you sure it isn't coming from there and just running down the pipe to a low spot and dripping there? If not, pulling the stove is kind of a pain because you have to deal with the gas line. Can you reach in from behind a drawer that is pulled out? Maybe remove the false bottom of the cabinet the sink is in? All you really need to do is get your hand in there and feel for any fittings and make sure they are tight. Generally about as tight as you can get it by hand is good for those fittings. I've used pliers before on some that I just didn't have good access to, but you have to be VERY careful, you can split the collar easily.

Lance's are pretty well built and well thought out campers, if you can't find a way easily, I would give your dealer or even the Lance factory a call, they might know a "trick" to getting to the area you need to.

I would locate the leak using compressed air, so as not to cause any water damage, then go from there. Once you find the leak, your natural "fix it" mentality will take over and you will prevail!

The Lance model and number is in my signature.
I am still trying to track it down but it is a truck camper and everything is cramped and hard to work around. From under the kitchen sink area I can see the water heater and can feel around most of it..
and it is dry. There is just no way to reach all the way in cabinet to feel the whole area for wetness. From the outside I could remove all electrical and gas fitting to get the protective panel off to get a look see what is behind water heater.
The only other option I see is removing stove and oven and looking down in there.
