Last Saturday on an NC event, I noticed antifreeze dripping from somewhere on the water pump on the 95. By the time I drove home (350 miles), it was pouring out the bottom. Well, today, I finally had a chance to tear into it. I suspected that it was just a bad seal. When I got the pump off, I didnt see a seal. At least it wasnt obvious. My question is, is there something I am overlooking? Do I need to replace the water pump while I am at it? I think it was still functioning, because the truck never ran hot, Temps cycled as usual. I dont see what I am missing.

Thanks in advance, guys.

The coolant was coming out of the weep hole. This is the way it tells you to replace it. They design them so you'll notice the leak and replace it before the bearings possibly let go, sending the pump pulley flying around the engine compartment. Replacement seals not available. Just replace it.

I've never had much luck replacing the seal on a water pump, most times the shaft is also worn and the leak will return shortly. You're better off to replace the pump, most auto parts can get one for you, no need for overpriced Cummins or DC.
