More then likely, but even Cummins has been using manufacturing in China since about 2008... while I would prefer to avoid ALLthings CHinese, that is no longer possible in this globally sourced world, instead it is important to realize that it is ALL about the QC of the oem company, and I am pretty sure that both Bosch and Cummins, given the wheer quantitya of each of their manufacturing reputations have instigated relatively high standards for QC, though even the OP of this thread, with his Cummins specified and made in the USA, Concentric brand water pump may beg to differ... lol.

I've seen too many water pump failures, all brands both OEM and aftermarket... I almost wonder if the belt is too small or the tentioner spring tention is too high. All the pumps lost the bearings first then the seal fails. Not one that I have checked failed seal first. I know that there are a lot of cheap or poor quality parts out there but they all can't be bad. The number one cause of water pump failure on GM marine engines is due to over tightening of the belts. Belts being too tight will wipe out the bearings in as little as 10 hours of running time. I wonder if we have the same issue with our common rail engines. The older, 12 and early 24 valve engines, water pumps would last well over 200,000 miles. Only thing I see different is the belt routing/ length and tentioner..... Just a thought...

With my OBS stroke there are two options for a belt. Ambulance package or not. For some reason mine needs the ambulance package belt as the other is way too tight. There is only about 1/2" difference between the two, but it means the world trying to put it on.

Any chance there are more then one option when purchasing a belt with these?
