Waterproof?

Can these engines be washed with a pressure washer at a self-serve car wash? Somebody must've tried it out there.

I do mine all the time with a steam genny pressure washer I just be careful around electrical stuff, not sure what year your truck is. you might have a little more elec. stuff than i do though
