I used some turtle wax on my truck today. It didnt leave any residue or any marks on the plastic molding. I was shocked! I know that when I used some other waxes I have had troubles with that. I think I'm gonna stick with Turtle Wax from now on.

I have a friend that used to prep new cars coming off the docks from overseas. He claims plain 'ol vaseline is one of the best things for black trim, tires, etc. His truck is immaculate. Down to the tooth brush on the engine treatment. Sure makes me jealous.

Just another suggestion as thats great the turtle wax works too.

Glenn Pratt; No it was just plain Turtle Wax.

PRout; I'm gonna five that a try. My plastic moldings on my doors is starting to fade. Definetley gonn have to give that a try
