All I could think of when seeing this was finding some way to anchor those lines to the back of a private security car or some Barnaby Jones police car. (like in Amercian Graffitti or Hollywood Knights) I am trying to think of a way to keep them from floating up and being noticed until they started down the street. Maybe a lightweight fabric string attached to the ground, that would snap easily, to keep them floating up til they pulled away? It'd be like watching a cat with a firecracker string tied to it's tail. :-laf :-laf
