ProWeld Super Coolers

Interesting Website

i'm VERY interested. i have access to a dyno and would love to see before/after results. it would give me a good reason to do some tuning before the swap as well. i will send you a pm and call tomorrow. thanks.

There's gotta be some powerful H1C-12cm havin, stock injector'd, no gauges, hot roddin, 1st genners around Indy!!!!:-laf...

I've got the specs too, and have a set being built from $cheids... . hopefully I can turn some heads this summer at IRP... just don't stand too close, that hot coolant might burn:eek:.

b gilbert I only know of two trucks in my area and one has a questionable head gasket and the other has a stock auto, but if you know of any others who want to play let me know.

I appreciate those who I spoke with today and I hope to have an announcement on product release in about 3 weeks. I am looking at a retail price around 800-975 exchange. these will be new bosch tips EDM'd to our pattern and set for a slightly different pop pressure.

P. S. these are not being built in Indiana in case any one was wondering. Oo.

What I meant from this is there are plenty of 250-275rwhp 1st gens running around with this setup that think they're doing something :-laf .

I'll be anxious to hear how they work out. Anything better than DonM  injectors should be good.

Not yet they are being built I hope to have dyno numbers for a stock pump late next week, and a dyno number for a ve with a 14mm head within two weeks following. This is a hopeful time table based on a little luck so it may take a little longer due to shipping back and forth, plus dyno availability.

get a p-pump

hey i tried p. o. d but 60 hp would not light a s 400 turbo so a got a race p-pump now. idustrail injection makes edm injectors for p-pump they will make any size . columbus diesel about ten years ago sponserd a ve pulling truck with there custom injectors no p-pump truck could touch est hp of it 550-600 10 years ago that was a lot of power. talk to mark massey there price will surprise you. ps p-pump conversion takes a lot small parts, money and more time. then it does not start like a ve it crakes a lot longer

FWIW... . my brother is currently running a set of stage 4 injectors in his twin turbo 92... .

He hasn't had alot of opportunity to get into it due to the worst weather in 30 years up here, but, so far he says they are cleaner burning right from the bottom on up and, he also says his SOPM definitely says more HP than the POD's he was running prior to this... .

I'll keep you posted if you're all interested... my brother is lunatic of the best kind..... :D:D:D

pb... .

WOW, someone else with a 14mm VE pump??

And TMR out of the woodwork... ?? Where do you pull?

Man I guess I should watch this thread a little closer. Someone might even get a chance to try something new. Heck put me on the list I like to try new things and have a dyno that I can use pretty much anytime I want to. I already have baseline numbers stored on their hard drive. I am back to using a stock pump, but I am going to build another 14mm pump at the beginning of Feb. Parts should be in the mail.

Just give Scheid Diesel a call. I gained 10psi of boost at wot over the POD's. Cleaned up the idle haze as well. Once warm, there is none. This is with the thick adaptor sleeves, not the thin 7mm washers.

Well guys I have great news and a little bad. I have two sets of tips ready to test and dyno, but I can't seem to find any injector holders to build complete injectors with. If anyone has cores or just holders let me know. Also one set is already spoken for, but if some one wants to try the second set and has cores already that they don't want to sell let me know and I'll build them for you at a significant discount.

The cost differance in one year will be made up in the amount of fuel you will save. .

When +60hp, 90ftlb Lucas POD injectors are available for ~$350, hard to spend more than double for only 15-20 more hp.

Ah, you can say more than that:-laf. How many holes in the tip? How'd they compare to the POD's hole size you removed? Or are ya sworn to secrecy:-laf??
