Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Website to check VINs for recalls?

I seen in the newest TDR magazine in one of the articles that someone listed a site where you could check the VIN of your truck for recalls. I don't have the mag here and was wondering if anyone had the site. Thanks
