Competition The Northwest Nationals Sept. 5th (NHRDA)

Okay I'm new to the pulling game, but I just wanted to get a couple of things straight before I go to cutting and welding tomorrow.

When hanging weights off the front its always specified as no more than 60" from the front of the truck? Sometimes I think it says front Differential?

This means that the farthest part of weight itself hanging from the bracket can be no more than 60" correct? Not the bracket itself, but the actual weight?

from the centerline of the front axle to the furthest point of the weight.

Thanks Chris... ... . finally found the DHRA website. (@ myself, no offense intended).

Now would somebody define axle centerline please?

Exsamples of what not to do !!!

These wieghts work great but not in this location as the bumper stuck out to far so I relocated the bracket to the drivers side frame rail a little under the bumper wich works great.

These are thinner wieghts but way widder then most and were about 6" I believe past the measurment even in the good location.
