Working at an international airport, I often smell the burning rubber from planes landing. It instantly brings back memories of standing behind the starting line at the Winternationals and Winston Finals drag races in Pomona. Too bad I don't get to smell nitromethane at the same time, though. :(

I like the smell of an OLD cars interior. Theres something about the interior of a 1950's or 1960's model anything that gives me a "comforting" feeling.

Diesel fumes smell good, but they smell even better when blended with the normal railroad right-of-way odors (creosote, tar, steel, smoking high-compososition brakes shoes, well you get the picture!).

I loved the smell of the entire neighborhood surrounding the St. James Gate Brewery (Guinness!) in Dublin, Ireland.

We walked to the brewery from the Temple Bar Hotel and could have easily found the place by smell... . it's intoxicating (no pun intended... )

The smell of diesel is awesome, that goes without saying...

And I love the smell of gals that swing around on brass poles... . I swear they all wear the same perfume... . it has to have some sort of drug / pheromones in it... . :-laf

I like the smell of fall. Something about the smell of leaves etc. When you think about it I like the smell of decaying plant matter... .

I also like the smell of air that's just passed over hundreds or thousands of miles of water. It's very clean and pure (I have allergies so that matters)

I agree with Roadwarrior, cow farms smell good for some reason.

I don't know if this is a smell or not but when you breathe in air that's below zero - for some reason that smells good too. Maybe it's because your smell receptors are frozen solid. :)

Besides all the aforementioned (diesel, brass poles with ladies attached, gunpowder, etc. ) the smell of fresh concrete coming out of the drum is one of my favorites. Unless it's really late in the day and about 100* and I'm craving my favorite barley pop. ;)

I like the smell of Cold (uhm, 20* is cold) Ilike the smell of a Hot Car interior (160* smells good)

I like the small of burnt (burning) rubber.

I like the Smell of Diesel Smoke from DuraMaxes, 12 and 24V's. PowerStrokes are kinda Wierd.

I like the smell of Diesel Fuel, and Raw Condensate off of Gas Wells.

The smell of a fresh popped string of BlackCats is cool.

Nitromethanol is sweet, and I think it very odd to smell it coming from a fullsize car.

I don't like the smell of burnt oil. (Blowby, opening a motor) I won't die, or complain about it, but need a breath of fresh air occasionally.

Thinking of it, I don't like burnt fluids of anykind,, ATF, Diff, Axle, Bearing, etc.

The smell of an overheating motor gets me all anxious, and irritable.

The smell of teen spirit,, whoops, that's an Album.

I like the smell of my girl.

I'm waiting for them to make a scratch and sniff computer monitor, so I can get a whiff of some of the things I find on the Internet.
