And you want a team to act and dress how. If you act, and dress like a pro, you get treated like a pro, and will get paid like a pro. That is part of the professionalism I instill in a team, it’s called dress for success, you may rant and rave on here , but when it count, I know exactly what it takes to produce a program that people will spend money on. The uniforms you are talking about are something that Mopar provided us, to the tune of about $4000 worth. The following is a few examples of what we do with them

I understand work commitments from your real job, but your excuse of getting ready for the upcoming race and wanting your new motor in, I guess those came up after you said you would be at both events? Is this part of "acting" like a Pro that you keep mentioning? Never seen any REAL pro's say big deal to a race they couldn't show up after commiting themselves. I am sure the "check writers" would love to see you say that.

you show try to juggle the people I have to work with . enough said ?
 
Funny thing is throughout all the years I've been to tracks, I've never seen any of the 'real pros' act or talk in such a manner as Comp. Usually they are very kind to other racers and competitors- heck alot of them even lend a hand if needed to their opponents- and they act around each other like one big family... ... .....

If you notice I do help, talk to almost any one, I was on the phone to a top team several times during Indy, being asked for and giving my take of running that track. I believe I have even thrown a little tid bit towards you





This forum is nothing but fun, I run a tight organization, at the races and any other time I even get a complement and invite by some of the greats of the diesel world
