got rid of the stock fuel systemOo... went with the fass 150, with the big drink straw:-laf. . what kind of benefit's will i expect to see from this set up??i know reliability is one because from what i have been reading about these stock system's they pretty much are inadequite. . any input???

they also remove air and that helps with timing and consistency. I also like the choice of filter microns avail. currently running a 3 mic. not to mention how much easier it is to change!

What kind of benefits????

It depends on what you were searching for when you purchased it. I have a 150/180-1010@45psi on my 12v truck and it has performed flawlessly. I had a minor issue early with low pressure and the great customer service which FASS has fixed me right up and got me where I wanted to be. The unit has been one of the nicest items added to my truck and it sure makes service work a breeze. No more hanging like a monkey, bending like Gumby and tearing up my arms trying to get the factory filter assembly out from its position.

So my benefits were...

-Ability to maintain proper pressure to feed my built P-Pump.

-Ease of maintenance on the system(filter or pump changes).

-Removal of the enstrained air smoothed out the motor.

-Longer filter life and lower micron filters.

-GREAT Customer Service when its needed.

I had mine installed early last year around Mothers Day and ran the first set of filters until November when I had them changed. The pump was run over 10,000 miles and the pressure had not dropped one bit from when it was installed. Being I was a new owner to these units I did not know what to expect so with Winter setting in we changed the filters and installed the 3 micron ones and a new water separator. After doing that we cut the fuel filter apart and found it was not all that bad and could have ran for a while longer yet. The FASS is a great product and works well for me... ..... Andy
