ive had my eye on the Grote black mirrors, they have the marker lights on the back of them, i thought it was a pretty slick set up, does anybody know it that style frame that comes with them will fit our trucks?
I've got a set of the factory west coast style chrome mirrors off of my '95 that I'd sell. Don't know if the year matters or not, though. There's at least one pic of my truck with the mirrors on it in my Photo Gallery.
My friend built his own from stainless steel tubing for his 93. He then bought a mirror head from the local truck shop. You have to be good at bending tubing though. Shadrach
thanks for the offer on the mirros shortB, unfortunatly the kind im lookin for are the west coast style that have a frame that extends from above the window and below it, and the mirror is a 6-7 inch by 16 inch flat vertical pannel.
any luck finding any . I have one from a old parts door and its in bad shape. . broken etc its the type above and below the door etc Thats what i'd like to have. . i just tried adding the tripod towing mirrors from a chevy on to the dodge door and it flexs way too much and now i have to remove and fill the extra hole is just drilled argh... so i'm looking to do this once more time and only once more ha. . a set that let you use the heated and motorized heads from a big truck would be great. .
